I like to dig into user research until I understand the domain as well as my stakeholders do, becoming a domain expert and turning those insights into Platform Principles the entire product org can use to make user informed decisions.

I like to move fast, but I don’t work in a vacuum. I pull in partners early, create alignment, and make sure what we’re designing solves real problems for both the business and the people using the product.

I bring over a decade of experience leading UX teams to design and deliver user-centered digital solutions across web, product, development, graphic design, and creative marketing. I am a self-driven leader and versatile contributor, equally comfortable working collaboratively within cross-functional teams or independently owning projects from concept through implementation and synthesis.

Throughout my career, I’ve successfully executed projects of all sizes in both startup environments and large enterprise organizations. I deeply value the power of cross-functional collaboration and have a strong track record of building and working within teams that drive innovation and measurable outcomes.

Today, my core focus is on managing design systems and component libraries to create seamless, consistent, world-class experiences across platforms. I am passionate about scaling design through systems that empower teams, enhance efficiency, and ensure brand and experience excellence at every touchpoint.

In my experience... I've worked on both small and large projects, in start ups and large organizations, as a part of both small and large cross functional teams. I'm comfortable owning projects from start to finish, brainstorming to implementation to synthesis. I understand the value of working in and building cross functional teams. Now a day's my focus is managing design systems and components libraries with the goal of creating a seamless, consistent, world class cross platform experiences.

Project 1 - Platform Vision
A yearly strategic project created to align cross-functional teams, inspire product and development team members.  This exercise was used as s tool to reimagine the product’s future evolution, and secure buy-in for future initiatives.
