I gravitate toward big, messy problems that need structure, clarity, and systems. During my time as a product designer I've built enterprise-level design systems from scratch, ran weekly working sessions with component engineers and designers, and led the rollout of new components across product suites. Work focused on enabling development teams to increase velocity and giving design teams the bandwidth to build a deeper understanding of users.

I’ve led design across multiple products at once, shaping experiences for clients and internal teams. I like to dig into user research until I understand the domain as well as my stakeholders do, becoming a domain expert and turning insights I've gained into Platform Principles the entire product org can use to make user informed decisions.

My strength is taking a huge, ambiguous initiative and breaking it into clear, phased work that teams can actually ship. I like to move fast, but I don’t work in a vacuum. I pull in partners early, create alignment, and make sure what we’re designing solves real problems for both the business and the people using the product.

Just about everything that interests me is related to Art and Design. It's been my natural obsession for as long as I can remember. One of my favorite childhood memories, is studying architecture and sculptures at an art museum when I was 5 years old. Now a days, I lead a team of UX designers focused on simplifying workflows and increasing productivity for managers in the hospitality industry.
