In this project, the design team was tasked with creating a standard for generating user personas after user tests and client interviews.
My Contributions
On this project, I collaborated with the UX Design Team to interview users, generate user personas and create a design template.
Process Overview
Interviewed existing clients to gather data.
Collaborated with UX Design Team to compile role specific data.
Defined user roles.
Created sketches, wireframes and high fidelity mockups of persona template.
Presented designs to stakeholders, gathered feedback and suggestions.
Finalized design.
Created guidelines and documentation for generating future personas.
User Interviews
In order to get direct feedback from the end user and hear their pain points firsthand, I conducted a series of remote user interviews with numerous users of the current application.
From this data I was able to formulate a problem statement that summarized the clients needs and clarified the design initiative.
Define User Roles
After gathering data from user research and interviews, I was able to identify key user roles, vital to creating s user persona.
