Internal Communication Application

Project Overview

This project was designed to close a communication gap our clients needed to address, in order to be more efficient and better prepared for their shifts. The product team designed a tool that would allow the users to communicate important information related to daily operations.

My Contributions

My role on this project team was Lead UX/UI Designer. After gathering client feedback, I collaborated with the product team to create a design that met the needs of the end user.

Process Overview

Collaborated with product owner to define requirements.
Defined problem statement, design strategy and timeline.
Met with external users to conduct users tests, gather feedback and suggestions for product features.
Created sketches, wireframes and high fidelity prototypes.
